Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry we collect:

• Your name and phone number.
• Your WhatsApp number and email address, if you give them.
• The answers you give about your requirement — for example property type, budget band, timeline, or the service and date you want.
• Technical details recorded with your consent: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data. Please do not include them in a free-text answer.

To pass your requirement to one professional who can help with it, and to contact you about that enquiry. The technical details above are kept as a record of your consent and to tell genuine enquiries from spam.

Your name, contact details and the answers you gave are shared with the single provider we match you to — a property expert, a salon, or our own software team at RS Labs.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other providers, advertisers or data brokers. Your number is never published.

We also rely on a small number of service providers to run the site:

• Google Firebase — hosting, database and phone verification. Enquiry data is stored in Google's Mumbai region.
• Resend — sends us an email alert when a new enquiry arrives.

Some forms ask you to verify your number with a one-time code. That is handled by Firebase Phone Authentication. We record only whether verification succeeded — never the code itself.

We keep enquiries for as long as we are working on them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about a match we made. Enquiries identified as spam are deleted.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@leadlink.in from the address you gave us, or write from any address and tell us the phone number you used, and we will act on it.

Once we have passed your details to a provider, that provider holds their own copy. We will tell you who they are so you can ask them directly.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores the campaign tags from the link you arrived through in your browser, so that if you come back later we can tell how you first found us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
